The Illumina CSPro program is a collaborative service partnership dedicated to ensuring delivery of the highest quality data available for genetic analysis applications. Laboratories undergo extensive training and testing to obtain Illumina CSPro certification. This provides a competitive advantage for service providers and ensures that customers who use Illumina CSPro services receive the industry-leading data quality and service they expect from Illumina. This program is much more than a "legal agreement to exchange logos" or a "pricing agreement". CSPro is about partnership and collaboration. It is the beginning of an ongoing relationship that continues well past certification.
By reaching out to one of our certified service providers, you will be exposed to an unlimited range of services based upon one or more Illumina platforms, including the BeadXpress Reader, iScan system, HiScanSQ system, Genome Analyzer, and HiSeq 2000 system. These groups provide high-quality services such as genotyping, gene expression, methylation analysis, next-generation sequencing, and more, to their customers at a reasonable cost.
